The second graders finished their beautiful monoprints this week. It was rather appropriate weather. Yesterday is was quite unseasonable warm - 70 degrees in January! Today we've had horrific storms. The French Impressionist painters would have loved the sunny and warm weather yesterday, taking advantage of the break from the cold while painting outside. And the rain today seems fitting because some of the Impressionist works have a blurry look. What do you think? Without question, I think the second graders did an amazing job printing, mounting and titling their work. Volia!
